I went to a frame store to remove the dry mounted poster from the frame. The rep had to remove staples and tape that were attached to the back of the dry mount board which kept it in the frame. In a couple of photos you can see the remnants of the removed staples only on the back of the board. You can also see the yellowish remnants of the tape removed from the back of the board. You can also see little areas of white at the very top edge across the front of the poster AND at the very lower bottom edge of the poster (where the tape was removed).
The dry mount definitely flattened the poster and it has no creases, ripples, wrinkles or rips. It is p erfect to exhibit as is or choose to custom frame and then prominently display it.
